Thank you posting my video. I struggled with this issue for months before I finally came across information about what executive function was and why PTSD interfered with it.
I wanted to make the video to let other people know who might be experiencing the same thing. When you don’t know what is wrong with you it makes you feel like an inadequate failure in life.
It was helpful to me to know that there were physiological reasons for it. Also that it could get better as the initial trauma was being recovered from.
