Power & control wheel versus self-care

power Good tips for self-care & knowing what to avoid when it comes to abuse…It is never too late to change your life for the better…I am practicing more self-care after years of abuse & trauma. I am still hyper-vigilant which is part of my Cptsd. I also suffer from flashbacks and there are many triggers out there, which I have to learn to manage. I get back pain, stomach acid, headaches, anxiety & depression. I am currently on zoloft again to help with my symptoms.. Take care of yourselves and thanks for reading!
